Label Matrix maintenance and support

All editions of LABEL MATRIX sold via include Maintenance & Support for the duration of the subscription chosen.

How does it work?



Maintenance means you can update to the latest version of LABEL MATRIX at no extra cost, on condition your subscription is valid. “Latest version” means the latest release available for the same type of software you are currently using (i.e. same edition, same number of users).


For example:
•    You buy a 1-year Subscription for LABEL MATRIX 2012 - PowerPro Network 3 Users
•    6 months later a new release of LABEL MATRIX is published on our European corporate website
•    You can request a free update to the latest version of LABEL MATRIX PowerPro Network 3 Users for the last 6 months of your subscription.


To obtain the latest version, simply write to us at mail from the email you used to register your account on, stating your software serial number and password, and requesting a free update to the latest version for the remainder of your subscription.

Free updates will only be provided for the same software configuration (i.e. same edition, same number of users).

If you want to switch edition, you will have to buy a new subscription.


Our Technical Support team is available Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm (UK time), to help you with any technical issues you may have with your LABEL MATRIX software. Whenever you contact us, please mention your license serial number.

The Technical Support phone number and your personal access code will be emailed to you shortly after you buy the product.
